short term rentals

Fee of 25% of the rental income for management and property services

long term rentals

Fee of 10% of the rental income for managing the rental plus 1st month of rent for finding a new tenant

mid term rentals

Fee of 20% VAT included of the rental income for management and property services. Minimum rental period is 3 months.

Mid term rentals are catered to owners who cannot get a short term license because they are in a contingency area in Lisbon.
