Katherine obtained a Masters in Management from a prestigious business school in France and she has worked in digital marketing and ecommerce before she moved on to property management. Her marketing and management experience are a valuable asset the company.
Marisa Baptista

Marisa Baptista is a passionate hospitality professional with a degree in Tourism from Universidade Lusófona. With a warm and dedicated approach, she has built extensive experience in hotel operations, specializing in team management, guest services, and reservation systems. Her standout role as Chefe de Recepção at Monte Belvedere Boutique Hotel by Shiadu (2019–2022) allowed her to lead teams and create memorable guest experiences. Fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French, and proficient in hospitality software like Host Hotel Systems, Marisa thrives in delivering exceptional service while making every guest feel at home.
Luis Melo Freitas

Luís Melo Freitas is a professional with a strong background in tourism management and international studies. He holds a Master’s in International Tourism Management from the University of Greenwich and a Bachelor’s in African Studies from the University of Lisbon. For 4 years he managed tourism accommodations at Casa das Saras-AL in Portugal, where he overseed business planning, marketing, sales, and daily operations. Previously, he worked as a Meeting Room Coordinator at TLT Solicitors in London, and a Front Desk Receptionist at International Travelers Hostel in San Diego. Luis has also been a volunteer Portuguese teacher in Costa Rica through AISEC. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
Tomás Oliveira Pinto

Tomás Oliveira Pinto manages the Mid-Term Rentals division at Homerun, bringing a strong background in hospitality, property operations, and guest experience. With hands-on experience overseeing short-term rental portfolios and coordinating everything from maintenance to guest communication, Tomás ensures seamless stays for both tenants and property owners. His professional path includes roles in quality control, customer service, and sales, giving him a well-rounded approach to operations and client care.
Fluent in Portuguese and English, and conversational in Spanish, Tomás thrives in multicultural settings and builds trust across diverse client profiles. His academic background in Business Management at Católica Porto Business School, along with a deep commitment to community service, reflects a proactive, people-first mindset that aligns with Homerun’s values.
