Designed for business professionals and freelancers staying in Lisbon for 3+ months. Properties are fully furnished, move-in ready, and include utilities in the rent.

• Property Checklist: Inventory conducted at the start and end of the lease.
• Tenant Screening: Background checks and a one-month deposit to ensure your property’s condition.
• Monthly Price Optimization: Dynamic pricing adjusted based on market trends, with a set minimum rate.
• Check-in/Check-out: Personal guest greetings and inspections to ensure everything is in order.

• Property Maintenance: Handling day-to-day issues and scheduling necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Quarterly Inspections: Property visits every 3 months with detailed photo reports.
• Financial Records: Providing monthly income tax receipts and an activity report of income and expenses.
• Late Rent & Evictions: Addressing late payments, adding fees, and assisting with evictions if necessary.
